Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on www.aurellabelle.com, operated under the trade name AURELLA BELLE CORPORATION (Legal Name: ANJALI WATTS). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be possible.
How to Cancel:
To cancel an order, please email us at info@aurellabelle.com with your Order ID and cancellation request.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene reasons, products related to personal care, beauty, or lifestyle cannot be returned once the seal has been opened or the product has been used.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:
- Incorrect Product: If the product delivered is different from the item ordered.
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure fair resolution of claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The recording must be continuous without edits or cuts.
- The issue (damage/missing item/wrong product) must be visible in the video.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return Request Process
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aurellabelle.com.
- Include your Order ID, product images, and the unboxing video.
- Our support team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available) or guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
For COD orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or processed manually after collecting bank details.
Refund Timeline:
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
